Uni Plug Repairs for Radial & Bias Tyres

· Combination of patch and stem covered with dual cure cushion gum with pilot wire. · To repair crown injuries in both Radial & Bias ply passenger, light truck & Truck Tyres. · Tyre industry recommended puncture repair procedure for tubeless tyre punctures.

· Appropriate carbide cutters to be used for steel belted radial tyres and bias plug cutters for bias ply nylon tyres. · Use with bestpatch chemical vulcanizing fluid for perfect bonding. · The angle of injury should be less than 20 · For perfect compression fit of the stem in the tyre the stem size should be larger than the prepared injury size.
