Stems for Radial & Bias Tyres

· Bestpatch stem units made of cured special rubber compound wrapped with dual cure cushion gum. · Repairs using stem repair units eliminates long filler gum curing time. · Stems used when the angle of injury is more than 20o where plug repairs cannot be used. · Universal or Radial or Bias ply patches should be used for reinforcement.

· Appropriate carbide cutters to be used for steel belted radial tyres and bias plug cutters for bias ply nylon tyres. · For perfect compression fit of the stem in the tyre, stem size should be larger than the injury size. · Use with bestpatch chemical vulcanizing fluid for perfect bonding
